    Default Countdown 2000

Anyone got any releases on this label? Are they any good? I've seen the Pounding Grooves one for sale and have it put by for me to pick up this weekend.

I know there was 12 releases, 1 for each month until the year 2000, but which ones were any good?

Just found samples of the "June" release by David Cayle...

    B: http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF43461-01-02-01.mp3

    Loving the B-side of this.

Might have to keep an eye out for the other 'months'

What sort of style is it mate?

Searching around it seems some are quite minimal, and some are quite hard.

    i actually like this
    nothing special but playable
So. Behind their eyes the hope in them was sickening, and in many, dead. They lived from event to event with a subtle terror of the gap between, filling up their lives with distractions to avoid the emptiness where curiosity should have been, and breathing a gasp of relief when the children passed the point of asking questions about what life was for.

i liked them a the beginning but quickly got bored. IMO most are mediocre. mean no offense by that...just my opinion...
The law is not the private property of lawyers, nor is justice the exclusive province of judges and juries. In the final analysis, true justice is not a matter of courts and law books, but of a commitment in each of us to liberty and mutual respect. - Jimmy Carter
