Aye, you are quite right Chris, we did say that but the night has been running for 1 year next month and I have played there 3 times and Jorge the same ( maybe 4 ) and there has always been a local dj on with either myself or Jorge. As a joint promotor of the night I could quite easily turn round and say I'm playing every month and go for the glory but I have given up set's to make sure someone else' set went ahead.

We have had numerous local dj's warming up, including this month's event with Spencer and Tiptoe. Next months event is the birthday party so myself and jorge will be playing ( time permitting due to late license application pending ). Future warm up guests have not been finalised but if we receive the right stuff that fits the bill for that nights music policy then we will make sure that it gets played.

Darkside as a club still believe in bringing through local talent and Sam is definately one of the best talents around at the moment so you take that how you want but I believe that if people support us then we will support them. Is that too much to ask ?
