Problem when opening index

The problem is that whenever I click on 'Blackout audio forum Index' above or 'view posts since last visit' I always get a cached page from Sun 12th Dec. ie that is the date it shows for the last post. I also get what I presume is the old logo at the top with splattered blood effect.

I can correct this by reloading the page using alt refresh but its getting annoying.

I was thinking it could be my isp has cached the page and this is what I am picking up every time? If so how can I get around this? If not any other ideas what is causing this?

In fact just pressing refresh updates the page (dont need alt)

Its will be cached on your pc somewhere. Try running something like Windows Washer to get rid of everything that has been cached...

I deleted all of temp internet files and it cured it.
