yeah i think he's gone for the davie moyes approch,full commitement,goin solid well organised i've noticed that recently with blackburn turned them into a physical side gud stuff
definete similaritys there.....solid defence and beefy midfield....not so much goin on the strikers front but who cares if your grinding out 1 nil and 2-1 wins in games.
