The 3 network is the shitest network there is,the always lose signal and my phone is always breaking.Now my bill was due on the 21st i paid it on the 18th and they have blocked all my calls saying it will take a week to clear,it has broke about 8 times,****ing shit bastards.

i have just gained an email from one of the top brass hopefully it will all be sorted soon,if they want to be known as a big network the surely they have to have a good customer service

well am a northerner and i love gravy and i have a 3 phone and although sometimes the signal is shite i recon its sound espically the football news and the highlights after 5.15 and the fixtures ect ;) oh an themusic videos are laughin

3G services will sort out any problems you have, i have handled customer calls for them before. They do have a good ethic when it comes to looking after their customers.

where i am i believe 3 are paying o2 to use there network as they not got one set up so got a good amount of reception around i su[[pse, im not on 3 tho im on o2 but on contract and they neva have the right deal i want

Its the customer service more than anything that winds me up,i do like getting the footy highlights thats what i got it for but at the end of the day its still a mobile and i would like it to work like anyone elses would.The customer service is shite,ive got the email for the head of 3 im going to ask for my phone to be at least upgraded.
