303's r pretty big in the breaks scene at the moment as well
theres no point joe.. he already knows it all.

you're all stuck in the 80's, you want to ditch those 303 sounds, get using the crazy frog sounds, that's where it's at :techno: ;)

ever heard the sound of a moomin screeching in pain? thats what i use instead of a 303.. has a more analog feel to it.

    ((moomins)))

    Back to the origional post.

Go to second hand online places and search for Pete Skank. Coshh records (be prepared to pay through the nose)
Like RTB said,it's mainly the early releases of most labels that are of the harder faster style, but if you can find them, they're well worth owning.

Go to second hand online places and search for Lasse Steen records (well know like Choose or Further Individual Control). If you ever find his acid release - buy it, very very nasty sounds and "evil acid" producer, Pete Skank style.

    Binary Basslines
    Rob Acid releases
    Sidewalk Theory

All quite banging, heavy on the 909.

To be fair I think this board is really blinkered towards the London acid sound. Any other opinion does not seem to be tolerated
    Rename this section London Acid?

not at all buddy. just mention the names and we'll listen. it just happens that the london sound is quite popular but thats gonna happen with a predominently british board.

keep posting your thoughts. no one will shoot you down.
