HARCORE!!! :D ,.. I Prefer Trance over techno though,.. both are pretty wicked though imo 8)
the discussion is about what's harder to make, not about what you prefer. please start a seperate topic if you want to talk about this.
putting aside personal preferences here, i would still say that techno is harder to produce than trance. its obvious that technically there is usually alot more going on in a techno track than there is most trance tracks. i know alot of big trance fans who agree, even tho they love trance and prefer it over techno anyday of the week. at least people realise hey.

i think a good percussive track is much harder to make than trance.
Trance is just basedrum clap openhihat and some snares and over this comes an synthmellow...
but for an good percussive track u need much more to know about makin rhytem´s and grooves ...
but at last i think it´s different cuz all people can do an other thing better!
