Default FUNKY TECHNO- my best production effort

What the last one should have been. Have taken all your advice on the last one and I think this one should be up to spec.

better than brooklyn. good production, although it would not be my style. it feels like theres maybe one element missing, just trying to think what.

i just heard it kick in a bit more there tho.....
    ....

maybe just another full hi loop on top of it to fill it out.??!!???
    nice breakdown

    good sound overall, fair play

I must say I like this one best.

    Funky bass and good breakdown.

Sounds a lot fuller now too.

    sounding quite good.

the only things i would mention is the stereo width isnt very wide, a bit more panning would help, also the stab is a little dry sounding.
Also the highs could do with more bite
Life is "trying things to see if they work"

Finally getting around to updating my site

    Nice jumpy groove to this.
Some of your better stuff definitely.

The production is still a little dry, and some of the sounds could do with a touch of verb or delay to blend them in a little better.

Also there`s a gap in the mid to low mid that could be filled. Maybe with a synth or something.

A lot of the sounds are very static as well, maybe adding some velocity variation would add more life to the mix.

Overall though, your production is getting better.
    Solitary by nature.
    Isolation is the gift.
Does anyone have courage to stand apart any more?

Ok listening to it now: first thing that crosses my mind is why is the volume low? Sorry mate, this track ain't working for me.. Drum programming could also be a little more 'interesting'. This sounds a bit standard..

Each to their own. Loudness isn't the intent here.

Pete, very good for the style you're going for. Exactly like every other piece of UK jacking techno.
