If you're in the Chicago area on Saturday, March 5th, Oldham's American art gallery debut will be at the Open Door Gallery, 1630 N. Milwaukee Ave. just south of Damen in Wicker Park as part of its spring group show. Large-scale Giclee prints and brand-new works on paper will be on display. Opening reception at 6 pm, admission free, and Mr. Oldham himself will be in attendance. Everyone is welcome!

Oldham's European gallery debut will be in Paris, France, in a one-man show curated by Adeline Jeudy. Exhibit space and dates to be announced

Oldham's 2001 sci-fi/action comic book THE SEXY ADVENTURES OF ORIETTA ST. CLOUD (the one with the CD soundtrack by Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, The Advent, Bryan Zentz, etc.) has now been optioned as a possible film vehicle for "Resident Evil: Apocalypse" star Milla Jovovich

His long-awaited new character/project, VECTRA, will arrive in full color later this year. Preview movie at www.alanoldham.com, click "comics" then click "new"
