Playing live with....live

I was wondering how you guys use ableton in your live sets. Do you import single clips or do you just render your scenes into clips ?

They seem to be loading single clips, tnx

we use scenes in our live sets and utilise the follow on function. we also use single clips as and when needed.

i personally feel that the scene work give s amuch tighter feel to the pieces. we also have to do it this way as we have 16 op mono channels to play with and total recall on the EQ, compressors and Fx so it aint no thing but a chicken wing!
