Default Manuel Fuentes Remix Contest - Step 3 - Your Voting

    Hi there,
time has come to enter the 3rd step of our Manuel Fuentes Remix Contest
And now it is on YOU to vote your favorite rework of each track.
Follow the links below to download the remix packages of each track where all the pre-selected reworks are included.

Feel free to publish this where ever you want. As more voters as better.

And here are the voting rules:
Generally everybody who like to vote for any rework is able to do it.
In this case everybody means every e-mail adress.
The one and only way to vote is via E-MAIL.
Please send your votes to info@giantanddwarf.com
We will collect all votes and we will control the senders.
Each e-mail adress can vote ONCE for EACH
of the four different tracks the reworks are made from.
So the highest number of voting e-mails from one e-mail account is four.
Once a week we will post the pre-results of the votings.
The polls end is sheduled for the 01.04.2005.
Then we have the winner tunes which will be released in the summertime. Have fun.

lets make sure its a BOA regular who gets this opportunity..!

from what i've heard of the reworks in the Techno Production Filez forum, it looks like it should be easy enough any way.

Why don't you allow members to vote on boa as well.
Seeing as people can vote on their account set up a thread with a survey.
Dont you think the percentages would speak as well.?

I`m impressed with the body of work here. I think it`s gonna be a close run thing (barring the get your mates to vote for ya stuff).

@ summer of sam. i don´t know how to include a voting system to the forum. and i really don´t like to search for the votes in all the different threads about the remix contest. i have searched them all for the tracks, that was enough. and the way via e.mail is possible for everyone. you must know that i have posted the whole thing to a lot of different sides around the globe. if i have to check all the sides each week i would go crazy. :-) :-) :-)

    Those votes are a crock.
Markas Allen should have walked away with it.
It`s turned into a get yer mates to vote contest.

I agree, not a good idea with the voting system. I personally think the label owners themselves should choose which mixes they are most impressed with. Ah well.

i can understand people's frustration with the voting system, but if i may point out the obvious fact that those who can get their mates to vote for them would prolly be able to get their mates to BUY the records.

i think there are some brilliant mixes that haven't gotten many votes at all yet, frankly. but the fact still holds that it does a label good to see who can actually drum up support for their work, since in the long run, that's an indicator of who will pick up the record.

p.s. in the end i think the label owners and the original artist are still gonna have final say anyway, so...
