    Default Recomendations on studio monitors !

    Right im after a pair of monitors, looking to pay around no more than 400 - 500 pound or if there would be any that cost less which are still high quality then that be great.

    there use would be for masterin tracks, also making tracks on them.

    any hep appreciated :clap:

    for 250 alesis mi mk2 powerd monitors are great,
    if ya can go to the 500 mark id look at some of these:

    genelac are one of the best monitors on the market
    about £512 for them though

    tannoy are great monitors also,

    go there and dont be so lazy, lol,
    all of the above are good for the your budjet but if ya can extend go for either YAMAHA MSP-10's or DYNAUDIO BM15A or similar.
    MSP10's are te industry standard and DYNAUDIO are just damn good monitors,

    Dynaudio or genalec are the best money can buy

    cool man, the spec on them is really good for the price could do with get a write up on the quality off someone ?

    Can someone tell me how/if studio monitors differ from DJ monitors as I need to buy a pair that will serve both purposes?

    studio monitors should have a flat response, they wont colour your sound at all, where as every other speaker, will add character
