It's not publicly available yet. It's been distributed first hand to people in the know because as soon as it goes online their bandwidth will be punished as always happens when they have a big name guest set go online. It probably won't be up for a few days.
I'm going to look into making a torrent for it when it's done I think so people can grab it.
