Where it's told this is the norm??
For vinyl cuts, it's just cutting all freqs below 20Hz.

So:
31k (deep bass)
32k (boom)
60hz-80hz (bass, 45hz and below for sub-bottom)
125hz (kick-drum, thump)
250hz (muddiness/low mid)


is compatible with techno music....
