Not bad at all, stick at it! Your definatly on your way :D

    Here's the contructive critism:

Fistly- im not to sure on that sound that u've used for the hand claps( it needs to be shaper and less muffeld i think) And the bass is too clean!! It needs dirtying up, also, compress the bass with the kick drum to make it sit right with the mix, it sounds too prominent at the moment and it needs to sit niclely, thorping along in the background!

Secondly- you could do with some more percusive elements in there, some hi hats and snares wouldnt go amis.

And thirdly- The mix needs some more elements adding into it, it just sounds a bit bland in some places. Try adding a nice acid riff in the background and some different synths to phatten it out.

All in all though mate, not bad at all, your mother will be so proud!!

    Keep at it :D

    all good really
maybe a little more work on the hook but i think the percussion side of things is fine for that sorta german style

One of those tracks you here that you know can go somewhere but just needs those final touches and a bit of reworking and that,
i think it was said on here already but the bass needs working on maybe a boost, some distortion and maybe widen the stereo channels, erm u need to add a tight and reverbed closed highhat to provide a rythm so the tune bounces a bit more. Other than that it just needs a little bit of a clean up maybe making the kick a bit tighter and just phattening up all ur synths and sounds to make a bit more filling to the ear if u get me,
the progression is all there though and like nicky perrem i think it works for the style but i like the hook more than he does.

Whend Botus playin at the academy again aint seen him there for a while (then again i aint been down for ages)

Not sure mate when Botus Flemming will be playing at DA again... purely in the hands of Mr Tom Costelloe. Jamie is a great DJ so it's a shame DA haven't called on him to grace the main room with a 2 hour set... his debut in the main room last year was truly amazing!

Hopefully Louk, Botus Flemming and myself will have this tune rapped up by the weekend and off to the world of record labels for possible signing. Any further comments!

Mark your comments would be appreciated.

    to goodsound

this is from the 3 of us? we are confused by what you mean?

thank you for your advice but what do you mean by widen the stereo channels?

we have a jack hammer will that do??

    or a crowbar

    or a drill

or should we just go accross the british channel and swim the lengths of that?? thatll lengthen our channels eh?

seriously though mate can you explain??

    from Louk, Botus and Hakka

Basically it means to make the sound seem wider. Put ping pong delays, and some stereo enhancement on some of the channels.
