I'm not so sure. Senstaion White/Back both look good, and are in June which gives me more time to save.

Saying that, Defqon is on may 19th and has a wicekd line up too.

    Both at AMi Amsterdam yeah?

    false, false false,

Sensation is on 2nd (White) and the 9th (Black) of July in the Amsterdam ArenA: 45.000 people only 6 DJ's.

DefQon is on June 18th: 30.000 people on the beach 25km away from Amsterdam (good train access) and LOADS of fkn brilliant DJ's...

    easy choice

ahhh... cheers for the info. Got my dates mixed up! July, gives me evern more time to save up for it.

I know what you mean with the more brilliant DJ's at Defqon, but you can only see them one at a time so your going to miss loads anyhow.

Anyone know the lineups for sensation white or black?

You seem to be pushing more for Defqon, why is that? (except for lineup!) just curious! I'm looking for my first trip to one of these events this year and I'd love to hear any feedback.

    They all look amazing.

Although I like my hardstyle, I also love hard trance and that tech-trance sort of sound (marcel woods, detox, straight on black) so I'm looking to get a bit of everything.

It's because I am not paying around €60 for 8 DJ's. With ID&T it's all about the money.
If you want something like sensation go to qlimax, but that's not in the summer.

You can't compare DefQon with Sensation, Sensation is in an stadium and DefQon is openair.
And I just love that more, partying in the sun is awesome

And Q-dance events are much better organised, but that's just what I think.

Cool, I appreciate your feedback on these events as I have no experience of them!

    Thank you.

Sensation is THE biggest event but it's so big because it's very commercial..

You can notice that a lot of persons in the audience are the average TMF/MTV watchers that go to their first event. Not the true EDM-lovers that come for the music... ofcourse they are there, but a minority I think.

DefQon has much more choice in terms of DJ's & stages so you can to whatever you prefer. Furthermore the atmosphere is totally different...
Sensation is HUGE just cause it's a football stadium filled with 50.000 people
DefQon is more close but stil very energetic due to the setting/location

    init m8,

its just the videos of sensation, 50,000 people in one arena, with a dj rotating around 360 degrees, is something that i want to experiance some time, it will be nice to go to an event with the same a mount of people and loads of phatter djs all spread out, but 50,000 in one arena, yee cant be that sorta atmosphere,

think what i need is a loadda dosh, and do every dutch event in 1 year, that would be a year to remember eh?
