I realy like his tunes got most of the techno he has made ... i dont understand what you mean when you say odd thing to sell your night on please explain?

He is playing the decks...

We have Glenn Wilson in june doing a live p.a and DDR in july also doing a live p.a.

I do try to look into all the headliners i book for compressed. And from the feedback i have got from people who have seen alex play they say he is a very good dj.

And do understand what you mean when you say that i booked him due to his ever growing profile as a producer.
But is it not the case with many dj's that getting tunes released helps get you more bookings thus gaining yourself a reputation for not only making tunes but also as a DJ ?

I dunno.
I would book a DJ on his rep, and not depending on whether he had produced anything.
A good producer does not a good DJ make, in any way.
And vica versa.

I do understand your point, But in this case...

A. I know he is a good DJ

B. As a promotor I understand that what goes under the name i.e. Stay Up for Ever, Glitch, Subsonix... can help sell a dj that not everyone has heard of. I know some people will come to this event due to buying his records and wanting to see what he is like on the decks.

I know its realy bad to read! sorry about that ... its just it was a realy big jpeg i think and the guy who put it online had to compress it and it lost a bit of quality... we will try to get a better one loaded up soon.

We have got a new 12k and 7k sound systems for the 2 arenas and dark cannon are doing the lighting plus we are going to be giving out free stuff like cd's and the odd record hear and there... And to anyone who has'nt been yet... this is an event that seems to be getting better with age so if you make the trip you won't be dissapointed! also there are 100's of cheep b&b's near the club if anyone needs any info p.m me...
