    better to use a good limiter for that, and only push it as far as it sounds good, not to some predefined level.

    Yeah, I`d use a good realtime limiter.
    Normalisation is an unreliable process, and certainly not controllable enough for final stage levelling.
    Solitary by nature.
    Isolation is the gift.
    Does anyone have courage to stand apart any more?
