Mine is the Country Club too (avatar gives it away :P ) without a shadow of a doubt.

it was the best atmosphere in any club i have ever been to, and the people i met there were ace!

Country club cos everything about was underground. After that probably the Shire Horse in cornwall, dont know if it still there, but that place was class.

THE COUNTRY CLUB WAS DEFINATELY THE BEST UNDERGROUND CLUB (EVER) FOR ME PERSONALLY!!!

WHEN THAT PLACE CLOSED IT CHANGED PEOPLE'S LIVES :cry:
IT WOULDNT SUPRISE ME IF CERTAIN PEOPLE JUST STOPPED GOING OUT BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THERE IS NOTHING BETTER...

For me, Dance academy, ive not explored a wide range of clubs but DA has an good atmosphere..

Country club, by a looooong way. Never have I been to a club that allowed as much freedom as this place did.

circa 91 - golddiggers @ chipenham , my introduction to the underground club scene , had many good night down there !

circa year 2000 - rhythmicon @ salisbury where i was monthly resi ... this is very special club to me (now R.I.P) where i played my first ever proper club set and promoted my own night for a year before it was bought by poo na na's

also Enzo's R.I.P !!!! such a varied music policy with many long running monthlys great regular crowd and right on my doorstep

atomic jam @ the que club birmingham & voodoo when it was in the sound factory in liverpool.

just to break away from everyone else " the country club " purely because it was a party rather than a club. the best venue i have ever been to is the fridge in brixton :D

I have been to both the Country Club and the Fridge in Brixton, & in my opinion, the Country Club pisses all over it left right and centre
