It's not bad mate... good melody and riff sits nicely. Think about other drum loops as the track develops.
What program you making this in? The synth is nice but sounds basic... what instrument you using to produce it? :) depending on what program your using you may be able to use an adon to get a better synth sound to work with.

Not sure about the bassline, it does get abit annoying after abit, i think its to loud and it seems to overpower the track, try and tighten it up abit.

Im using Cubase... and VST'i's the main synth is called "synth1"
I've just got the new V-station so im gona have a play with that see what sounds i can come up with.
As for the bassline being overpowering... ARGHH tell me about it. Tryin to get the levels sorted on crappy PC speakers is no fun at all!! :| gona take it to a studio and get it masterd me thinks...
Im quite happy with the tune myself... its the first thing that I've ever produceded and I've learnt shitloads from it! :) I don't think Ill spend to much time on this now... on to the next one while I got the inspiration me thinks :D
