    Default vocoding

    how much are people using a vocoder in techno?. i kno its for twisting vocals and making synths sound like there talking (well i think anyway hehe). and the 1 on virus b is a basterd to get going. never realy seen any post's mentioning the vocoder.

    I`m using a vocoder for some of my more song based stuff.
    It`s nothing new though. Carl hyde from underworld might as well have one attatched to his throat, the amount he uses it.

    Ther are great fun.

    Good for running beats through and turning them into melodies.

    haha yeah man. so i heard they use't to use um in the war to distort voice's over the radio's. so yeah not a new thing. yeah i could imagin some perc going thru 1 would be nice. i aint got a plugin 1 tho only on my virus. its easy to get going when running sounds thru the effects input on virus. just not when using internal sounds on virus

    tell me more dude?. yeah they hav massive controls dunt they. pretty much all the knobs on virus b change when you put the vocoder on. to vocoder controls. and i def hear um in tunes. like nuk's for sure. mess around with it and ya think god that sounds just like outta tune.

    akira aint seen that for years. the little dog was cool haha with the poppy eyes :lol:
