Your favourite bpm..
I prefer 145 for hard techno &
140~ for funky/light or just simple techno
but sometimes i get confused with 145 some track have default fast speed
(145) however lots of hard techno are at 140~ & when i pich them up they dont sound so banging like at 140 ect.

For me, hard techno needs to be a minimum of 150. Although things canget very interesting playing 33rpm vinyl at 45rpm

It depends on what kind of party it is offcourse.. but i like to play hard, driving & fast.. somewhere around 145 - 155 bpm
Have you ever been at a party and taken some acid, then forgotten about it? Have you then stuffed loads of other drugs down your throat, washed it down with cheap cider, and then 4 hours later found yourself writhing around on the floor thinking that you are some kind of 'yet to be discovered' animal, navigating an unfamiliar terrain using a new sense to guide you?

yea high 130's definatly.....it allows it to groove and breathe much more.....but then again.... all that mad shranz isnt there to be groovy!!

depends on time of night etc....
but my techno goes from late 120's to 160.
playing my usual style of hard techno i usually start off about 140 and end up around 150bpm.If you like a lot of techno on yer biscuits, then click these links

i pitch my decks up to +16, but dont play blindingly fast, just means i can fit some slower stuff in when its pitched right up.prob 150ish?

depends on what and where i'm playin. some chill club, keep it slowish. 135-138.
when i feel like bangin, usually from about 140-144

I'm maybe crazy..
For me around 155-160bpm is a nice speed...
