    Default Mental reverb fx

    Dunno if u guys have tried this, but I was sending a single-hit hi-hat to a harware reverb, then feeding the reverb output back into the hi-hat channel, creating a sort of feedback loop.

    Anyway, u can get some strange results (as well as damaging ur speakers!), here's a little demo:

    The demo I made isn't the best example, but u can get an idea of what it sounds like :lol:

    cheers for that, sounds ****ing cool. wonder if i'd be able to set up a similar arrangement with software only, any ideas anyone?

    a random thing u can do with software is have a big cubase project open. thats intense on your cpu & stuff. now when i zoom in & out (g & h keys) i can hear a noise which is only just audible. i recorded this and noramlised it, some very strange stutter & lfo type effects.
