Agree - haven't heard that tune for a long time. I Like the up'beat blend of acid tek and nrg... sounds a bit like zebedee mixing on a good day =)

OK, not sure where this fits, but I think it's one of the better mixes I've assembled. I'm not usually anal about mixing in key, but this one was done harmonically all the way and I think it makes for a pretty listenable set.

It's a mixture of techno, electro, trance, breakbeats, and more. I really tried to go through the spectrum of what i like to hear on the dancefloor these days. It will probably scare the harder headz a bit with a few vocal tunes, but those with wide open minds should enjoy.

Too lazy to tracklist right now, so hopefully someone will still download it:

Oh yeah, and one for 'Darkness and Light'?

I did have a look through the thread -- I even did a search -- so sorry if I'm being blind, but I couldn't see them.

    Default Route Canal Work

As promised at Christmas, here's a selection of Routemaster classics for you to check. My decks are not currently wired up to an amp, so I've fused together this little lot via software (although the tunes are ripped from my original vinyl copies). Not my preferred way of doing things, but soon I shall hook the decks up and let rip with a few up to date mixes. Anyway, for now, let me know what you think:

    http://rapidshare.com/files/18261075...canal_work.mp3

Mix lasts approx 66mins, 192kb/s quality, and is a 92MB download.

    Tracklist:

    ROUTE18A - Immersion & Dirtbag - Acid Techno
    ROUTE07A - Kektex - Piston
    ROUTE17B - Kektex - Menacatron
ROUTE15B - Goldfinger vs Lochi - Free Sticky Mechanisms
    ROUTE23C - Immersion - 23
ROUTE19B - Kektex - Control The Control Freaks
ROUTE32B - Immersion - Not Quite As Serious
    ROUTE23A - Chris Liberator - 23 Seconds & Counting
    ROUTE05A - Kektex - Lock
    ROUTE17A - Kektex - Inner City Junkies
    ROUTE08A - Kektex - Godstopper
    ROUTE23D - D.A.V.E. The Drummer - Conspiracy 23

Note to self for future reference:

next time, make the mix less of a pain to download and more up to date in content.

Btw, I have to say that hearing Free Sticky Mechanisms and Inner City Junkies again, after (what was for me) years and years, had me bouncing around the room like a loon. Quality tunes.
