You can create anything with FL, and moving to a different sequancer isnt going to help you create your idea's as you will need to know how to create these with either different plugins or audio manipulation. If you do want to move to a different sequancer then Sx or Logic is a good idea. If you need help creating certain sounds and idea's then just make a post asking how to create such a sound as im sure someone will be able to help.
