made this track for a just-for-fun contest. the only rule was to make a sit-in-the-sun-and-drink-a-beer-track.

i'd like to hear some critics on this 140 bpm techno track:

The synths sound quite cheap and tacky, for want of better words. The main loop is pretty good, but its too minimal. You need to add a few more elements in there. You need to add compression, everything sounds really flat and undefined. My advice, lose the synths at the start and focus more upon the loops, add a few more loops and stabs, maybe a funky bassline or synthline, something quite minimal and thin but something that sounds like it belongs in summer. Listen to some intec stuff perhaps, because this track has that sort of feel. Has potential to be a alright techno track, keep it up!
