I like the engineers new LP, a nice mix betweem my bloody valentine and spacemen 3. Thoug sadly few bands have reached the sublime heights that those 2 did.
don't get lost in heaven on the new gorillaz lp is preety cool as well, nice way to start a set off as yu can lay beats over it's tale of cocaine ramblings in suburbia, not that i'd know anything about that of course *cough cough*

They have a couple of the LP's in spindizzy.
crass were great, I liked the whole DIY ethic, which oddly enough is strangley paralled in techno-your own home recording set-up, press the records yourself etc

Dunno if it counts as not techno, but I've been listening to the Cursor Miner 'Cursor Miner Plays God' album a lot lately.

    Kicks much bottom IMO.

All the albums are top notch IMO! I'm well into Crass myself, Flux Of Pink Indians are worth checking out too.

I'm mostly listening to Hip Hop such as Nephlim Modulation Systems, LoDeck and Viktor Vaughn aka M F Doom
All extremists should be taken out and shot.

Can we kill this thread please, there is a listening club sticky at the top of this forum that no one uses, and it is just for this, non-techno purpose.
    Solitary by nature.
    Isolation is the gift.
Does anyone have courage to stand apart any more?

becasue this thread will die, whereas the sticky at the top will become a library of good music to listen to.
