Jim Masters did a couple of essential mixes a while back. One of them's definatly worth checkin out. Think it was the second one.

I've never seen a nice comment about him on any techno forum like eyes without a face says. By all accounts he's a bit of a bell-end.

Last time Jim Masters played at the Jam it was totally bangin. I have also seen him cop a lot of flack on forums, but so do a lot of other DJ's I like, so I ignore it. People just like to have a moan. In fact two of the other main people who used to get flack on overload were Dave Clarke and Ade Fenton, and they are amongst my favourite djs. I rarely listen when people start slaggin someone they have never met or heard, calling them wankers and what not when they dont even know them, and calling them crap DJ's cause some guy off a forum reckons they suck - stupid closed minded sheep mentality if you ask me - make your own opinions.

Dave Clarke is a bit obvious, but then again its the 10th birthday, and Dave Clarke has been more or less the 3rd resident for pretty much the entire 10 years of the jam, so missing him out would be heresy to the true diehard Jam faithful. I for one will be looking forward to it, cause you know he is gonna dig deep to pull out some sort of magic!

Surgeon as well should be ace, I'd love to see someone like Richie Hawtin to nicely pad out the lineup, or maybe Joey Beltram, under the condition that he plays bangin like the days of old. And of course that classic last hour of Fentons Filth - quality!

    well said mate.

i agree about fenton and the last hour also, nearly always the best regardless of who else is there.

hawtin in the marquee would be great.

itd have to be a hawtin set of bangers tho, dont think the minimal stuff would go down to well with the atomic jam faithful!
