was gonna tack on the end of the relevant thread, but its been locked so i had to start a new one. i expressed dissapointment at the negativity shown on a thread recently, and then today allowed the red mist to drag me into a slanging match (thats speed comedowns for you!!). bit of a double standard, bit irritated i let it happen, i can see how this can piss people off. just wanted to hold my hands up and say 'oops'!! dont necessarily need any responses to this, just wanted to acknowledge my part of a silly exchange!!

well i was the other party in this slanging match, ive apologied to 303 but i hold my hands up too of course...
