    as music, i don't care for it, but i'm not gonna hate on it either, because there is lots of music i don't care for and i don't expect (or even want)anyone to conform to my tastes.

    to each their own, as they say.

    but as a term--and as such an example of the endless sub dividing of techno into smaller and smaller, bite-sized morsels of self-referential loop music--schranz sucks.

    eventualy all techno will become schranz.. ten years from now we will talk about funky schranz, detroit schranz, offbeat schranz, minimal schranz..
