to be honest i haven't listened to it all perfectly (time is precious for me man!!).... but you should get some bookings mate, you're pretty good...
but at the mo it seems to me like a pretty normal hard trance mix.... you need to develop your own style to make a name for yourself.... the mixes are good, but not great... as a studiomix,, you expect better if you're a promoter...
it's not about the beat mixing it's ALL about the programming... you've pretty much got it when it comes to beat mixing... so concentrate on programming...
PS One thing is noticed skiming through this: Amoungst a few others... the mix at 45:11 is slightly dodgy. Imagine is you were at a club - 1000 people in front of you. You have to be PERFECT on studio mixes mate...
PPS you seem to be phasing the bass during your mix - use one bass for one track and then BANG, switch basses completely and the other bass comes in.... Be very clinical don't gradually swap bass - do it bang on the beat....
