Default Hard Trance and Hard Style

Does anyone else play hard style and hard trance in the same set? Or do most of you prefer to play hard trance only or hard style only. I think hard trance into hard style goes well although some hard style tunes can go well early on in a set.

I think a good balance of the two really gives a set an edge. Hardstyle is great for hard stomping moments where hard trance can give it that more melodic and interesting feeling. I think perhaps a 70:30 ration of Hard Trance to Hardstyle is best.

But hey... this could be different for anyone.

Yeah I always mix them up,but I call hardstyle hard trance anyway,I know its not,but I think it should fall under the same catagory.

Im using more hardstyle at the moment, but i always mix them up. A whole trance set is ok i think, but a whole mix of hardstyle is a bit to much.

Ayup, I found some interesting techno/hardstyle crossover tunes on a dutch website, all unsigned... But not givin me secrets away! They sound interesting so am lookin forward to a bit of techy hardstyle :D

But yeah mix em up... Hardtrance/techno are the only thing that should be mixed with hardstyle (IMO)... if anyone mixes it with hardhouse they should be shot :D

Just my 2ps worth!! Best put a hello thread as I'm new 2 the board :D

    Tomster
