i borrowed one off a mate last year for a couple of weeks, there suprisingly powerful, just an awkward interface.

capable of a wide array of sounds and pretty full sounding also, but the filter is nasty on them.

for the price though there definetly worth it, although i'd go for the novation ks rack instead personally.

the problem with the SH is that they have no midi capability. I think you gotta do something with the CV gates in order to make it midi compatible.

I got my SH-101 and i love it, and i assume its probably not that far off from the 32!

I used to have one for a few months. One of the best buys for the money right now. The filter steps kinda bad though, so alot of tweeking isn't it's strong hold. Keep the resonance down and you;ll be fine. I'll be picking another one up soon for sure.

Oh, the drums are all pretty much crap. it's best only used as a synth. The arp is a bit awkward as well.

how ya getting on with it?

ive got one, find the interface very awkward and the manual isn't much help!!

spent a while making sounds on it, followed the instructions to the letter and lost everything. put me off a bit. will have to have another go when im in the right state of mind!
