not only that, but that first techno sub-forum should be opened more for some discussions and debates, while "hard techno", "experimental", "acid" sub-forume are more for new releases...

although, lots of releases dont fit to any of the mentioned forums, so people put threads about them in "techno" forum.. uh tough one
