reason is the quickest for me to use, but i hate it cios its pants, logic is the best.
Logic i've got cubase, logic, reason and fruity loops, can't get really into logic but saying only used it once.
But you tend to use the software you're more comfortable with thats how you make great music.

true but i'm most comfortable with reason and really bad in logic, but i find reason, with no audio processing mainly and loads of other features u don't have, just dont cut it! cubase would be better if you could sidechain and sx3 didn't have sooooo many glitches.
What do you mean you can't sidechain on Cubase?!![]()
And glitches in SX3?
USE SX2.1! ;) Best version they've done....
if ya think reasons shite then u int using it to its full potential.Originally Posted by Chi_Confusion

Music 2000 on Playstation! Bo.
No, really - Cubase all the way.
I do plan to move over to Ableton when I can afford it though.
i've heard Live is one of the best on the market now I think i've got it somewhere.
Reason is good, but don't reckon its as good as Cubase i use it more for sampling and making fx and loops.

i used to be a reasonite then started to use cubase sx3,
got bored of its constant moaning so i use protools now.
protools is prolly best for me cause it doesnt make any decisions for you,
Got pro-tools never used it but got to admit it must be good you've got all the big names using it.

nuendo i use, with reason which im using less and less
i only use a few vsts - vanguard, fm 7, junglist
And have a controller keyb
that's really it.

Everybody is in the place....! letz go...
for my techno/jumpstyle tunes i mostly use reason (love the dr rex and redrum)
and for trance and other stuff i use cubase sx rewired with reason.
i used to use logic but they don't support pc anymore, so the "newer" features in cubase are better.
Yeah Q-co that's what I tend to do, haven't used SX 3 yet but definitely gonna get it.

flstudio 5 xxl, have used it for years coz of its ease of use
gonna be switching over to cubase sx2 soon though when i get my mac
from the monoceros/adm records stable
i am awesome
Cubase SX2 all the way!
Also use FL5 (mainly just for drums)
