No - He wasnt right to be THAT viscious, but then thats what we have come to expect from him.
Yes - he is right, removing potential earnings from an artist is wrong.
No - To focus on tune inn is hardly right, they had so few of his tracks in that its clear that any potential loss of earning was utterly negligable.
