in my eyes the whole thing is hanging in there by a thread and has been for a long time, it seems to me that people will settle for a lot less then they used to, rewind 4 years check out 10 releases then fast forward to the present, we havent moved an inch.
theres only been a handful of people who have bothered to try something different, the rest have been sticking to the same tired templates were all mind numbingly used to.
its music i find it hard to take seriously now, sorry about the rant but thats my view on the whole thing
that rant just makes u come across arsey mate, you have decent production skills, so why not give it a bash?
Dont think its half as bad as ur making out, i reckon ur right on not moving forward an inch, but expected somethng more positive from you.
JTB, Log the **** log, Ultraform etc are in my eyes pushin bounderies.....
why not devote our attention to the talent the scene has left?
I find that a rant on a scene you either dont feel anymore, or are not up to date with. There is stilll expermintation out there, that is clear.
JTB (his production has moved into a league of his own recently, FACT), Log. Ultraform (Evolution is a good example), and SANDERS (Ie ben sanders, frm klasic and sanders) are producing class class **** hard trance.
Kramer and pogadal can run and jump, as much as u guys love them, there sound was stale, and very shit in the end.
Scot project is still pumpin em out, but at the end of the day, WAG, KAN COLD, DERB etc alll sound like they have had some helpin hand from him.
Wats gonna happen?
