Our special guest is one of London's techno underground female legend
RACKITT
Rackitt’s involvement in the dance scene has spanned over a decade. An early introduction to acid house and early rave quickly turned into a passion and so it was only a matter of time before she started Dj’ing. 1996 saw her play her first gigs on the free party scene with various sound systems such as Virus, Immersion, Bedlam before moving on to join the London squat party collective, ‘Underground Sound’ and ‘Restless Natives’ making a name for herself as a talented and versatile DJ.
Her style, ‘Hard Edged, Funky Acid Techno’, has taken her throughout the country playing a wide range of events from clubs to festivals, as well as the occasional gig abroad such as ‘Input’ in Amsterdam and ‘The Warehouse’ in Canada.
Her respected knowledge of the music scene has provided her with the opportunities to become a recording artist on such imprints as ‘Maximum Minimum’ 'R.A.W' and ‘Pure Noise’
To add to all this she is also the booking agent for the ‘Stay Up Forever’ Dj booking agency, a position which in itself requires an extensive knowledge of parties, Dj’s and the worldwide scene in general!
Together with our unique talented residents this party is going to ROCK!
