Default Final scratch - Serato Scratch?

Am about to buy one or the other.

Can't see vinyl enduring as a format - too fragile, bulky and expensive.

    Anyone use either of these?

Veering towards serato scratch because I trust Rane more than Stanton.

Although the final scratch 2 system does look mint.

    Advice?

i heard the rane vinyl tones (even when only picked up directly by the needle itself) are very annoying at least when at home. supposed to sound like a dentist's drill

    Going with final scratch

£530 in the shops, but found it on the continent for £330

Only costs £250 in the US.

Hate this ****ing rip off country some times. Pay enough as it is...

John Tejada played at a party my mate put on not to long ago, he was using the serato for bits of his set. He was saying he preffered it. Not used it myself but heard the recording of that set many times since and it sounds mint, can fault a single thing in it.
