Tresor.220: It’s Not Over Compilation | Tresor It’s Not Over Tour 2005/2006. The October release of Tresor Records new compilation “It’s Not Over”: a superb tribute to Tresor Club history and a tour to deliver it live across Europe. Sponsored by Rane and Serato Scratch Live.

Tresor Club Berlin: in the first two weeks of April 2005, a techno milestone in the Leipzigerstrasse was celebrated not only because of its final cut but also because of its lasting treasure: 14 years of loyalty to the Berlin sound, to the Tresor Sound and to club culture itself. Not since the mid-80’s closing of Studio 54 in New York, at the dawn of techno’s birth, has a dance club’s final days received such international attention.

And it became a summit for an amazing league of talented friends in the Tresor family who came from around the world to share their respect, rip the sound out of the ground in the Leipzigerstrasse and move it into the hearts of the clubbers who never wavered in their support. The same Tresor Sound that lives on without the Leipzigerstrasse because one thing is for sure: It’s Not Over. The compilation title speaks for itself, and many of the top international electronic music artists who played at Tresor’s last parties have produced tracks exclusively for the compilation: personal souvenirs in a memorial to a legend. This double CD / double vinyl collection is the ultimate frame to a landmark in club history, and the rousing list of friends includes DJ Rush, Joey Beltram, Dave Tarrida, Stewart Walker, Scan 7, Oscar Mulero, Gary Martin, Pacou, Steve Bicknell, Todd Bodine, Recyver Dogs, 3ST aka DJ Dry and more. Diversity is unique in this upcoming edition, with Globus and Tresor artists creating an accessible blend of styles that made the club famous. It’s Not Over as well because the tour with the same name is already underway to promote the compilation, and in clubs around Europe many of the artists who contributed to the forthcoming release will be on hand to deliver the Tresor Sound at selected party dates. thats at the la communidad night on fridays....may still go to that night yet while were there.. the residents down there play some mint techno.
