Im not sure what you mean by hypnotic. But I would always find most of Heils stuff hypnotising.

I'm a huge fan of the "hypnotic" techno. I guess what one considers hypnotic though is all up for opinion. I prefer deeper driving tracks, many times coming from the same stable of artists. Some of my faves:

As for various labels and producers, always check out for anything on or by Synwave, DJ Slip, Kanzleramt, old Inside records, Mankind, Dynamic Tension, Heiko Laux, Steve Rachmad, old Skunkworks, Music Man, Soleil, U-Turn, Inceptive, Anders Ilar, Dan Bell, Plus 8, M_Nus, stuff from me/Abiotic (cheap plug), Damon Wild, Jeff Mills, Mark Broom, and many more, the list goes on and on.
