Iain and Jon have worked closely together as a partnership for many a year now, being old time friends, and sharing an intense love for music their productions encompass feeling and passion. Under the guises ‘The Elite’ and ‘Proton’, as well as their solo names, they have had many a hit on labels such as Future Sound Corporation, Sectioned Recordings and others…

Written and produced by Iain McCrossan + John Collinson, Recorded @ High Fish Studio’s, Weymouth.

Substance was intended to be a dance-floor tune, that of immense power, but emotional bliss. The tracks commanding kick and bass dominate the bottom end of the track, teaming up with crisp high end percussion and clean mid range melodies and stabs to make it a definite club winner. Following the strong introduction looms a deep and uplifting harmonic structure which is sure to woo any crowd the world over.
