Just made this, I like what i have go down so far. Sounds nice and pumping :P . Only thing is it sounds a lil bit on the trancey side.

Any ideas on how i can make it sound darker. Or do you just think I should keep it going as it is.

I think that it starts to sound trancy somewhere around the half way to 2/3 way through, right about when you have the synth tone come in. I like the first half pretty good and the first 1/4 the best!

Maybe more hats up high. I like when the ride cymbals come in. Of course ride symbals are the shizl. Maybe keep the more minimal synth (from the first quarterof the track) throughout. Add a nasty machine sound sample to offset the synth...

Thanks agressor, I can remenber you djing at the helter skelta a long time ago. You was playing techno and had last set. You played this track that had a sample in it "the countdown has just begun. Loved it man!!
