    Please save yer money ...

If U r going 2 buy monitors go 4 the Mackies... if u can see anyway of saving enought 4 these then DO BY ALL MEANS!!

If not then step down 2 a very good Alesis M1 (actives = they're amplified so u don't need a seperate amp as well)

On the lower range Spirit Absolute 0's (passive = U need and amp)... which I've heard will b discontinued soon

HHB circule 5 were also recomended but I can't really coment!

guys, im really going to swear by my KRK KROKs here, i got a pair for £260, they do seem a tad bright but you get use to this in a week or two, and if you place em right they sound bang on...
you will hear the difference in the new tracks i post up soon compared to the old ones mixed on tannoy reveals - unbelievable!

so i found Alesis M1's for the exact same price as the behringer

i have heard really good things about the behringers (besides what you all say on this forum), and the alesis, so im kind of torn between the 2.

what are the advantages between the 2 besides the alesis having its own amp?

    decisions, decisions...

ps i probably need to buy them tonite or tomoro so quick responces are welcome

and i cant afford the mackies...yet...

The Truth's are also active (have their own amps), but I would definitely go for the Alesis M1's...

Sequence is coming. It's going throughout your imagination. It takes you where you've been before. A higher state of mind. Yeah, you remember the early times. Now were trying to take you again. In the deepest seas of your consciousness.....Time never stops
