    Background
After some flirts with house and hardcore in his younger years, it wasn’t until his 17th birthday that Centurian really found his love for music whilst frequenting clubs like Voyager @ The Complex, Escape From Samsara @ The Fridge and Trancentral @ The Pleasure Rooms in the mid nineties. Alan soon realised that the dance music industry really was for him once he shelled out for his set of industry standard turntables. Caught by the mixing bug like so many others, this was just the start of a long journey through the digital underground and all those wonderful & colourful traits related to club culture.

    Experience
Established in 2001 at the Viaduct (now Fire club) in Vauxhall, Centurian has come along way since first playing for Sabotage along side DJ & promoter Fergus De Witt, hard-house beneficiaries, the 12” thumpers and who was then a React D&B stalwart, DJ Sharpz.
Since then (circa 2003), Centurian has gained vast, extensive knowledge & experience whilst being strongly involved with the ES Collective (aka Antiworld). Gaining knowledge in all aspects of music & events, Centurian has managed and organised The Alliance room at the Club Republic Party in association with Italian label Hit Mania, Freeformation, HTID, EtnicaNet, Acid Park, Techno Element & of course the ES Collective.
With the ES Collective, Centurian has made stage performances at some of London’s largest clubbing venues including the Seone Complex, the Brixton Carling Academy & the Stratford Rex, has played various roles in creating a critically acclaimed ground-breaking event at the astonishing Alexandra Palace and plays a respective part to the ES Collective business affairs. Now looking firmly forward into new territories, Centurian is beginning to incorporate sampling and FX into his DJ performances on stage and should well be establishing his creative abilities at Nuclear Free Zone on the 22nd of October and a cameo appearance at the Black Swan on the 29th of October.
