    Default sound drop outs in ableton

    i've noticed split second dropouts in ableton when i'm recording.

    using a p4 3ghz with 1gb of ram, audiophile usb card set on a medium latency, a novation remote and a uc33. audiophile buffer in ableton is set to nearly 100 and theres still drop outs? this seems a little strange to me, any ideas?

    what else have you got attatched to the PC? any external devices not related to music?

    its sorted now. changed the driver within ableton from asio to audiophiles own driver... seems to have sorted the problem. cheers.
