Exaclly, i have pm problems only with one user on boa, with rest its allright, im not sure its a punctuation problem, anyway it happend in last few days.. i never had problems like that before.

Without the username that you cant send a message to, I cant investigate why you cant send them PMs

Yeah its the apostrophe again. I will pull a list of all the users who are affected by this and figure out something better than dealing with them one at a time
