I am actually quite proud of Chris.
Especially if he is moving on to bigger and better things.
He does have the potential to be a Philip Glass of sorts.
If he comes back to techno good show for the supporters.
If not then good luck to him, it does not mean he died and there should be a big funeral.
Means maybe we should support any progress, and try to keep tabs.
Maybe his other music is next level of sorts and we have not given it a chance.

i have huge respect for chris. i saw him grow as a techno artist right from the beginning embryo stuff. he then released one of our tracks for the very same label. then i saw him develop onto album work, really groundbreaking 12's too. i saw the whole record selling seen go down. and with it, was a true innovators realisation that he couldn't survive making the music he loved. as someone who spent many hours this was never about money for chris, just a need to survive. and he couldn't.

anyway i better say, grain, your comments are nothing to do with this thread. so please don't go down this route eh matey.. if you wanna say something off topic please start a new thread! pleeeeaaaase ;)

WE GOTTA MAKE CHRIS MAKE A NEW TECHNO RECORD!!!!

Now we have his attenton LET'S GO!!!! :)

I doubt really it will ever happen though, I am simply not lost in that sonic world anymore. I have just completed my second album for tv/adverts etc and to be honest I absolutley love it. I feel like I have been let of the leash and just want to keep pushing in this direction now. My dat tapes have always been filled with 10% techno and 90% other stuff anyway so its a natural progression for me.

Good luck to everyone, cheers again. Chris.
    Can't Say fairer I Guess.
Thanks loads for what you've done though. Though my girlfriend hated Erase Techno for that fact that she'd just got me to shut up and go to sleep at this party... until I heard that being played in the main room downstairs and was straight awake again!!!
