Right, there were two MC's one black fella and one white fella and they both tried rapping over trance music... ...badly!

Not impressed, although M-Zones set made up for it, never seen M-zone play before, man his tunes rock!

Mark EG was late tut tut tut  but a nice hard trance set made up for that.

yah, maybe its just me but i think mcs are starting to be less needed these days, for the whole underground rave scene they seemed to fit in a lot of the time, but now i think ppl are more concentrated on the music and having a guy talking down a mic (sometimes for too much) can distract from that. although im not writing off any mcs because i know i couldnt do it, i just prefer the raw music myself.
Sequence is coming. It's going throughout your imagination. It takes you where you've been before. A higher state of mind. Yeah, you remember the early times. Now were trying to take you again. In the deepest seas of your consciousness.....Time never stops

Init, this guy was drowning out the music, I don't mind him saying the odd thing here and there and introducing the DJ's but spouting a load of bollox that made no sense was doing my head in

Really enjoyable actually, Chris Hare was going back to back with DJ Wragg to start with and they built it up nicely, then Major Tom warmed up for M - Zone with some not so hard hardstyle then M - Zone came on and blew the roof off, then Beneye started off with his new choon and **** me what a choon also played a few classics and then Mark EG came on and took it even harder...
    ...which was nice. :D

addict friend you are not doing the night justice

this was far and away the best night ive been to in ages. it was like the country club revisted " ok a tad cleanner " instead of having the same style tunes played all night, we were given full variety, from uplifting to out and evil shit. the place was rammed to the rafters when mark walked to the decks he was mobed like he was gareth gates !! there was a masive firework display on the beech before the night kicked off :D
loads of old faces were there during bens set you could have easily mistaken the front of the booth for the devils den !!
ok take you point on mc angel but the other mc was tops, he didnt rap over the best parts of the music and got the crowd going " old country club crew, you know what to do " eveyone i have spoke to said it was the best night they been to in ages. ben sets was one of the best ive heard him do, and mzone and mark delivered too !! this was a classic, i thought of going to exmouth, but i made the right choice, its tuesday and i am still feeling the after effects of a turely brillant friday night. i just wish there where more nights like this :D :D :D :D

    Not doing it justice?
I clearly said I really enjoyed the night!
I originally posted to say how much I don't like MC's rapping over music and followed on from there!
Completely agree with you on how the night went, one of the best if not the best!
What do you look like then EDK that's twice I've been there and not seen you.
