the name is actually flutlicht... they are produced by reverb, one half of shokk (who im sure youve heard of), along with dj natron. and they rock.
check these:
all on planet traxx:
mutterkorn
ahmea
icarus (the flight)
icarus (the fall)
plus there are many, many remixes, most of which are the dogs doodahs.
some of my favourites:
the mystery "devotion" on sirup
green court "silent heart" on logport
mark dawn "expander" also on logport
